There are ways to help you know how to workout correctly, before you begin your workout and then during your workout.
Before you begin your workout:
You will find a Workout Preview that gives you details about what to expect before you begin. The Workout Preview outlines the number of phases and exercises involved, as well as what your goal for each exercise will be. You will also see a small video of the trainer performing the movement correctly. Feel free to watch these videos as many times as you like before you begin.
During your workout:
Once you begin your workout, the app uses your mobile phone camera to track multiple points on your body. As you move, you will be given audio and visual feedback that is responding to your movements in the moment:
A) This feedback will tell you what you are doing correctly. You will see a green colour at times on the screen (green is good!) and you will hear positive comments telling you the movement is correct.
B) The feedback will also let you know if there is anything incorrect in your movement. You will see an orange colour on the screen (orange is optimise!) and you will hear comments guiding you how to correct your movement e.g. 'raise your leg'.
