Hero workouts are tailored to you, your preferences, your fitness level and your goal. Depending on your chosen goal, your workouts will be a different balance of core-based, cardio-based and resistance-based exercises. All our workouts last 10, 30 or 40-ish minutes, and we do our best to let you know how long each one is, before you do it. All you need to do is select which time option suits you per workout, and off you go.
We've used our experts' training knowledge to create workouts that increase in difficulty and intensity, to help propel you on your fitness journey and see the results you're after. We've tried to avoid buzzwords and jargon where possible, and where we do reference 'fitness' lingo we try and explain it so you know what to do, and when. We want you to be as sure and confident as possible when doing a Hero workout so you can get the most out of it.
