The form score is a measure you will see within the app, in relation to how you've moved. Analysis of your movement through every rep provides a form score on how well you did in every workout.
The higher your score, the better your form, the more you’re getting from each workout - and the greater the benefits to your fitness journey.
For every workout you complete, you get data on your form score, which represents how well you are exercising (and improving!) as you continue to work out with us, over time
The form score is important for training, in helping you learn how to do things right in order to maximises the positive impact of training, reduce the risk of injury and to help achieve your fitness goals.
