If you're changing mobile devices then all you need to do is:
1. Install the Hero app on your new device.
2. Sign in to the app using the same email used on your old device. This should allow you to access your existing subscription.
3. Once you are logged back in on the new device, you should be able to use the app as usual.
If you're still having trouble transferring your subscription, you may need to contact our support team for further assistance by either emailing: email@example.com or send us a message in our Help chat and we will respond in less than 24 hours. They should be able to help you resolve any issues and ensure that your subscription is properly transferred across.
