The form score is a measure you will see within the app, in relation to how you've moved and it is a percentage. Analysis of your movement through every rep provides a form score on how well you did in every workout.
The higher your form percentage, the better your form, the more you’re getting from each exercise - and the greater the benefits.
For every assessment you complete, you get data on your form, which represents how well you are exercised during the session.
The form score is important for when it comes to movement and fitness in general because doing the movements correctly (having great form) will maximises the positive impact of training, reduce the risk of injury and to help achieve your fitness goals.
