In order to measure your movements and fitness, Hero needs to see your body points clearly as you move.
Before you start an assessment, you'll be asked to stand within a frame on the screen and a series of dots appears on the body points the camera needs to see. The aim is to get all those points within the frame. Then, once the app can see all body points as it needs to, you'll see a tick on screen to signal the assessment is about to start.
We know, however, that because you're doing high knees on the spot it's very natural to move or drift a bit! If you start to move out of position and the camera is losing sight of body points, a message to move will appear on screen, along with an orange flash on the screen.
If the app still can't see your points it will say 'Lost you!', pause the assessment and ask you to recalibrate. Then you'll carry on where you left off.
