Can I stop an assessment mid-way through?

Yes! Sometimes the unexpected happens - maybe the dog walks into the room, the phone rings, or you've realised you'd rather do this somewhere else. Whatever the scenario, you can always walk up to your phone and press the screen where you can exit the session there. Or simply walk out of frame and the app will soon stop the session on its own accord. 

You can then retry when you're ready. 

One quick thing to note is that there is also an instance where Hero may stop your assessment part-way through. It's rare but if the system notices you moving about and therefore going out of view a few too many times, it will pause the session to let you know! It's very natural to move about when exercising on the spot but we want to respect your time and energy, so we'll stop the session so you can check your space. When you're ready simply press retry!
