Why is my assessment not starting?

Pressed 'let's go' and seeing your body points on screen but nothing seems to be happening? 

If the app hasn't played a big tick on the screen and you haven't seen 'Ready', 'Steady', 'Go!' on screen, it means you haven't finished calibration yet and your assessment cannot begin.

This usually means that the camera can't see all your body points like it needs to.

We recommend looking at the rectangular frame and checking all the green dots are inside this frame.:

• Are any of the points outside the frame?
• Are you standing too close to your phone? Are your head and feet in the frame? If you're standing too close to your phone, your feet or ankle body points will be a bit too low down on the screen.
